About STM Group Plc
STM Group Plc is a business listed on the London AIM in March 2007. The business was formed as a strategic investment company specifically to build a leading financial services group operating in the international corporate and trustee service provider (CTSPs) sector.
Group expansion has been achieved through acquiring and consolidating high-quality existing CTSPs which offer complementary products and services and that operate from complementary jurisdictions to those provided by STM's first acquisition, STM Fidecs (formerly Fidecs).
In June and August 2007 STM Group Plc. acquired two Gibraltar based CTSPs, the Atlas Group of Companies and Parliament Corporate Services Limited, the acquisition of which further consolidated STM's position as one of the largest Trust and Company managers in Gibraltar.
In December 2007 the Group expanded into the Channel Islands with the purchase of Compagnie Fiduciaire Trustees Limited, this was followed in June 2008 with the acquisition of the St George Financial Services Limited based in Jersey.
In November 2010 our Malta office opened for business, meaning that the Group now has offices in four jurisdictions.
